Mary Berry mushrooms with chestnuts, butternut squash and halloumi topping recipe on A Mary Berry Christmas

Mary Berry served up tasty mushrooms with chestnuts, butternut squash and halloumi topping on A Mary Berry Christmas.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 8 large field mushrooms, stalks removed, knob of unsalted butter, 1 large onion, roughly chopped, 3 sticks celery, finely chopped, 150g peeled butternut squash, grated coarsely, 180g vacuum-packed cooked chestnuts, roughly chopped, 250g halloumi, grated coarsely, 4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 tsp sage, chopped, 1 tsp rosemary leaves, chopped, sprinkle paprika, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
