Mary Berry and Kiell Smith-Bynoe served up the ultimate chocolate roulade on Mary at 90: A Lifetime in Cooking.
The ingredients are: 175g good-quality dark chocolate, finely chopped, 6 free-range eggs, yolk and white separated, 175g caster sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 300ml double cream and icing sugar, to dust.
