Mary Berry served up a tasty teriyaki tuna with ribbon salad on Mary at 90: A Lifetime of Cooking.
The ingredients are: 1 large carrot, ½ cucumber, 4 x 150g tuna steaks, 2 tbsp olive oil, Handful of (about 30g) rocket leaves, ½ red pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced into strips and 4 spring onions, thinly sliced.
For the teriyaki sauce: 6 tbsp honey, 6 tbsp soy sauce, 1½ tsp white or rice wine vinegar, juice of ½ large lemon, 1½ tsp toasted sesame oil, 1 garlic clove, finely grated and 2 heaped tsp cornflour.
