Simon Rimmer served up a tasty old school fish in a bag with sea bass and new potatoes on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1 bulb of fennel, sliced, 1 beef tomato, sliced, 1 onion, sliced, Zest and juice of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of capers, Salt & pepper, 50ml of white wine, 1 tablespoon of chopped dill and 2 x sea bass fillets.
Serve with buttered, minted new potatoes.
