Simon Rimmer served up a delicious Earl Grey cake with yoghurt icing on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 2 eggs, 200g light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 250g of yoghurt, 125ml of vegetable oil, 250g plain flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, Half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, A pinch of salt, 200ml of strong earl grey tea, 150g of golden sultanas, 180g of icing sugar, Juice of half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water and 15g of yoghurt.
