James Martin served up a tasty San Francisco fish stew with chilli and Italian olive oil on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 6 large prawns, peeled, 800g sea bass, filleted and cut through the bone, 400g mussels, 200g clams and 3 squid, cleaned scored and halved.
For the sauce: 75ml water, 100ml olive oil, 1 shallot, diced, 3 cloves of garlic, crushed, 400g chopped tinned tomatoes, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp salt and 1 small bunch parsley, chopped.
