Simon Rimmer served up a delicious no bake chocolate cheesecake with chocolate sauce on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 200g of crushed bourbon biscuits and 75g of melted butter.
For the filling: 300g of cream cheese, 300ml of cream, whipped, 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla, 200g Greek yoghurt, 185g of sugar and 200g of melted dark 70% cocoa solid chocolate.
For the chocolate sauce : 150g of sugar, 150g of chocolate, 50g of cocoa, 50ml of coffee, 50g of butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and Approximately 200ml of water.
