James Martin served up delicious fruit jelly with ice cream and vodka and raspberry sorbet on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 400ml water, 100ml vodka, 50g caster sugar, 5 leaves gelatine and 400g raspberries, strawberries blueberries and blackberries (mixed).

To serve: Raspberry sauce, Lemon verbena sprigs, Lime gel, Clotted cream and Vodka and raspberry sorbet.
