Nisha Katona served up tasty Bengali spiced fish (mackerel) with English mustard and wrapped in banana leaves stuffed with coriander and lime on Nisha Katona’s Home Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 4 whole mackerel, gutted, 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp English mustard paste, loosened with a little water, 3 large green chillies, deseeded and thinly sliced, 1 bunch of fresh coriander, leaves roughly chopped, stalks kept, 1 tsp ground turmeric, Juice of 2 limes (keep the squeezed halves), 1 tsp salt and 4 large banana leaves or tin foil.
