Jamie Oliver served up delicious healthy sweet pancakes with vanilla extract, strawberries, pineapple and blueberries on Jamie: Eat Yourself Healthy.
The ingredients for the batter: 1 mug of wholemeal self-raising flour, 1 mug of semi-skimmed milk or your favourite unsweetened, fortified plant milk, 1 large free-range egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste.
For the topping: strawberries, pineapple and blueberries or fruit of choice.
