Jamie Oliver served up delicous savoury one-cup pancakes with feta cheese, asparagus, mushrooms and sweet corn on Jamie: Eat Yourself Healthy.
The ingredients for the batter: 1 mug of wholemeal self-raising flour, 1 mug of semi-skimmed milk or your favourite unsweetened, fortified plant milk, 1 large free-range egg and 50g crumbled feta cheese.
For the veg topping: asparagus, mushrooms and sweet corn or any veg of choice.
