Jamie Oliver served up a tasty mushroom stew and dumplings with tofu and Korean gochujang red pepper paste on Jamie: Eat Yourself Healthy.
250g mixed mushrooms, 4 spring onions, 2 carrots (160g), 5cm piece of ginger, olive oil, 150g self-raising flour, 1 x 400g tin of black beans, 1 x 225g tin of sliced water chestnuts, 160g beansprouts, 2 tablespoons gochujang paste and 150g silken tofu.
optional: extra virgin olive oil.
