James Martin pilaf rice and yoghurt with jerk seasoned beef and chicken recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty pilaf rice and yoghurt with Max’s jerk seasoned beef and chicken on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 15ml vegetable oil, 200g basmati rice, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf, 1 onion, peeled and sliced, 500ml water and 25g butter.

For the jerk skewers: 800g chicken breasts sliced, 800g sirloin beef sliced and 1 jar of Maxillicious jerk paste.

To serve: Thick Greek yoghurt, A bunch of chopped coriander and Limes, halved.
