the ingredients are: 1 aubergine (250g), 2 nests of instant vermicelli rice noodles (90g total), 1 x 200g higher-welfare sirloin steak, 8cm piece of ginger, 160g asparagus, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 lime, 1 tablespoon gochujang paste, ½ a cucumber (160g) and ½ a bunch of coriander (15g).
