Nisha Katona beef fat caramel blondies recipe on Nisha Katona’s Home Kitchen

Nisha Katona and her daughter served up delicious beef fat caramel blondies on Nisha Katona’s Home Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 175g plain/all-purpose flour , ½ tsp baking powder , 90g salted butter, 90g beef fat, melted and cooled , 280g light brown sugar, 2 eggs , 2 tsp vanilla extract and 100g chopped walnuts.

For the Marmite caramel: 125g caster/superfine sugar , 30g salted butter , 100ml double/heavy cream and 2 tbsp Marmite.
