James Martin granny’s biscuits with fresh raspberries and raspberry sauce recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up his granny’s delicious biscuits with fresh raspberries and raspberry sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 250g butter, cubed and chilled, 110g caster sugar, 360g plain flour, chilled, 1 tbsp water and Extra caster sugar to sprinkle.

To serve: Fresh raspberries, Raspberry sauce, Whipped double cream with vanilla and A few sprigs of mint.
