Simon Rimmer crispy chilli beef salad recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a tasty crispy chilli beef salad on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients 450g rump steak, cut into very thin strips, 50g cornflour, 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, Oil to deep fry, Quarter pack broad rice noodles, 2 sliced spring onions, 1 finely sliced red pepper, 1 finely sliced green pepper, 1 finely sliced red chilli, Half sliced red onion and 1 cucumber, deseeded and cut into half moons.

For the Dressing: 50ml light soy, 15g white miso, 100ml sriracha, Zest and juice 1 lime and 50ml rice vinegar.
