Simon Rimmer served up a delicious white chocolate and coffee roulade on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients for the roulade are: 6 eggs, 160g sugar, 100g flour, 60g cocoa powder, 4 tablespoons ground coffee, 2 tablespoon milk and Icing sugar to dust.
For the filling: 350ml cream – whipped, 50ml strong coffee, 15g icing sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 200g grated white chocolate.
