Ronnie Murray served up a delicious pineapple upside down cake with cream on James Martin Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 small sweet pineapple peeled, 175g butter, 165g caster sugar, 2 large eggs, 100g self-raising flour, 25g ground hazelnuts or almonds and 5g baking powder.
