Jamie Oliver served up tasty chicken balls and rainbow broth with pickled ginger, miso and brown rice on Jamie: Eat Yourself Healthy.
The ingredients are: 2 fresh red chillies, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 x 150g skinless free-range chicken breasts, 1 x 250g packet of cooked wholegrain rice, 2 tablespoons white miso, 100g pickled ginger, 1 bunch of coriander (30g), 2 limes, 1.5 litres organic chicken stock and 2 x 320g packets of mixed stir-fry veg.
