Simon Rimmer served up a tasty bifana Portuguese sandwich on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 4 pork loin steaks, 300ml white wine, 4 cloves garlic, sliced, 2 bay leaves, 25ml white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons of smoked salt, Teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds, 70g of lard and 4 x crusty rolls.
Serve with piri piri sauce and mustard.
