Simon Rimmer spicy sausages with Mexican mash and hot sauce recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty spicy sausages and Mexican mash with hot pepper sauce and greens on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 12 x chorizo style sausages (fresh, not a dried chorizo), 1kg of mashed potatoes, hot, 100g of blanched carrots, diced, 40g of peas, 1 finely diced red onion, 120g of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of English mustard, 1 egg and 1 yolk, 1 teaspoon of grated nutmeg, 1 finely chopped chilli, 50ml of cream an A handful of chopped parsley or coriander.

Serve with hot sauce and greens.
