James Martin roast lamb with cheesy leeks, cavolo nero and rowan jelly sauce recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty roast lamb chops with cheesy leeks, cavolo nero and rowan jelly sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 12 lamb chops.

For the Sauce: 300ml veal jus, Knob of butter, Splash of sherry vinegar and 2 tbsp rowan jelly.

For the leeks: 600g leeks, 100g butter, 200g fresh brioche, cubed, 250g cheddar cheese, 200ml double cream, few sprigs thyme, leaves picked, salt and pepper.

For the Cavolo Nero: knob of butter and splash of water.

To serve: Rowan Jelly.
