John Torode served up tasty crispy chicken breast with garlic butter and spring vegetables (asparagus, frozen spinach and peas) on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 4 skinless chicken breasts, 2 tbsp plain flour, 1 egg, beaten with a splash of milk, 100g panko breadcrumbs, 50g finely grated Parmesan , Vegetable oil for shallow frying and Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
For the spinach and peas : 200g frozen spinach cubes, 150g frozen peas and 200g asparagus tips, blanched then sliced.
For the garlic butter: 80g butter, softened, 3-4 garlic cloves, grated and Good handful of chopped parsley.
