Prue Leith served up a refreshing strawberry jam daiquiri cocktail on Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen.
The ingredients are: ice cubes, 120ml white rum, 4tabp lime juice, 2tbsp strawberry jam and 2tsp sugar syrup.
Fresh strawberry to serve.
