Prue Leith served up a tasty homemade mayonnaise with lemon juice, white wine vinegar and garlic puree on Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 2 egg yolks, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 250ml sunflower oil, few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, juice of a lemon, 2 tsp white wine vinegar, tsp garlic puree, salt and vinegar for seasoning.
