The ingredients include: chicken wings, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce and 1 tsp shaoxing rice wine.
For the crispy coating: 3 tbsp cornflour, 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice and a spray of oil.
For the veg: 1/2 onion diced, 2 spring onions diced, fresh chilli chopped.
For the spice mix: 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes, 1 tsp cracked black pepper.
