Dean Edwards served up delicious baked apples with granola on The Air Fryer Diet: Lose Weight, Cook Fast.
The ingredients are: 4 large Braeburn apples.
For the granola: 100g chopped mixed nuts, 50g dried cranberries, 50g raisins, 100g rolled oats, 50g pumpkin seeds, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 30g honey and 50g unsalted butter.
Yoghurt and honey to serve.
