Simon Rimmer served up a delicious Christmas pavlova with melted chocolate and fruit on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 7 egg whites, 1 teaspoon of salt, 400g sugar, 20g cornflour, 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 200g of whipped cream mixed with 100g of mascarpone and 100g of melted orange chocolate.
For the topping : 2 Peeled clementines, Assorted fruits (figs, blueberries, raspberries), 50ml orange liqueur and 1 tablespoon of icing sugar.
