Gino showcased his marinated lamb chops with Moroccan spiced bulgar wheat on Let’s Do Lunch with Mel and today’s guest Alan Carr.
The ingredients are: 8 lamb chops, 2 tbsp harissa paste, 2 tbsp olive oil, A few sprigs of thyme, The rind of an orange, 1 tsp cumin, ground, 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon, Juice of 1 orange, Juice of a lemon, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp honey, 150g bulgar wheat – cooked according to packet instructions, 3 tbsp parsley chopped, 1 tbsp mint chopped, handful of dried apricots, A small handful of raisins, A handful of flaked almonds and 150ml stock.
