James Martin Banana and Pecan Pain Perdu with Maple Syrup recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a delicious Banana and Pecan Pain Perdu with Maple Syrup on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 bananas, skin left on, 75g butter, 2 eggs, 100ml whole milk and 4x 2 cm thick slices Danish bread.

To serve: Toasted pecan nuts, Maple syrup and Crème fraîche.
