Simon Rimmer served up tasty oven baked chicken wings with a yoghurt, mayo and horseradish cream sauce on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1kg chicken wings.
Salt rub: 1 tablespoon of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of cracked black pepper, 1 teaspoon each of dried oregano, smoked paprika, cayenne and 50ml olive oil.
For the sauce: 150g mayonnaise, 50g yoghurt, 75ml white wine vinegar, Juice and zest of 1 lime, 1 tablespoon of horseradish cream, 30ml Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
