James Martin Madeleines with Honey and a Chocolate and Dulce de leche Dipping Sauce recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp runny honey, 225g melted butter, 2 eggs, 250g plain flour, 250g caster sugar and 1 vanilla pod, seeds removed.

For the sauce: 150g dark chocolate, 100ml sugar stock syrup, 100ml double cream and 2 tbsp Dulce de leche.
