James Martin served up tasty Grilled Scallops with Herb Butter, Peppercorn Crab and Prawns with Cajun Butter on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the scallops: 3 Scallops, roe attached, 200g garlic and herb butter, Few sprigs of dill, chopped, 20g hazelnuts, chopped, 1 lemon, juice and zest, Salt and pepper.
For the Peppercorn Crab: 2 dressed crab and 200g peppercorn butter.
For the Spicy Prawns: 12 prawns, shelled, heads on and 150g Cajun butter.
