Mary Berry served up a tasty Amalfi Chicken Orzo pasta with chestnut mushrooms, spinach, sour cream and lemon on Mary’s Foolproof Dinners with Claudia Winkleman.
The ingredients are: 275g orzo pasta, 2 chicken breasts, skin removed and sliced into thin strips, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp runny honey, Knob of butter, 1 onion, finely chopped, 250g button chestnut mushrooms, sliced, 150ml white wine, 1 garlic clove, finely grated, 150g baby spinach, 150g sour cream, 55g Parmesan, finely grated and 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
