Nisha Katona served up a tasty speedy Friday night chicken curry with rice and Bengali panch phoron 5 spice and English mustard on this morning.
The ingredients are: 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 heaped tsp panch phoron (Indian 5 spice), 700g chicken breast, diced, 1 tbsp garam masala, ½ tsp ground turmeric , ¼ tsp chilli powder , 400g tinned chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp salt , 1½ tsp sugar , 2 large mild green chilli, deseeded and sliced , 130g frozen petit pois , 1 heaped tsp English mustard , Handful rocket, chopped, Large handful coriander leaf, chopped and Squeeze of fresh lemon.
