Jamie Oliver served up a tasty jarred red pepper pasta with cottage cheese, herb oil, almonds and red wine vinegar on Jamie: Fast and Simple.
The ingredient are: 300g dried penne, 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley (30g), extra virgin olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 x 460g jar of roasted red peppers, 100g blanched almonds, ½–1 teaspoon dried red chilli flakes, 150g cottage cheese, olive oil and red wine vinegar.
