James Martin served up delicious cinder toffee with black bee honey and melted chocolate for Halloween on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 200g caster sugar, 25ml water, 1 tsp liquid glucose, 5 tbsp honey, 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 200g dark or white chocolate, melted and Halloween sprinkles.
