Kate Carter-Larg and Sam Larg Mac ‘n’ cheese toasties recipe Saturday Kitchen

Kate Carter-Larg and Sam Larg served up tasty Mac ‘n’ cheese toasties with English Mustard Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients are: For the mac ‘n’ cheese, 250g elbow macaroni, 150ml evaporated milk, 150g red leicester, grated, 150g gruyère, grated, 100g mozzarella, grated and 1 tsp English mustard.

For the toasties: truffle butter (or regular butter), 10 slices gouda cheese, 10 slices white bloomer bread, truffle oil, to garnish and grated Parmesan, to garnish.
