Nadiya Hussain served up delicious simple bake ahead brownies with chite chocolate, sharp rock salt, ready made caramel from a can on Nadiya’s Cook Once Eat Twice.
The ingredients are: 250g salted butter, plus extra for greasing, 250g dark chocolate, minimum 70% cocoa solids, broken up or roughly chopped, 4 free-range eggs, 280g caster sugar, 130g plain flour and 20g cocoa powder.
For the topping: 100g caramel, 100g white chocolate, finely chopped and pinch rock salt.
