Julius Roberts served up a tasty Quick-fix lentil and pasta soup with spinach, brown lentils, lemon and coriander on Jamie: Fast and Simple.
The ingredients are: 300g brown lentils, 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling, 1 large onion, 30g fresh coriander, 1 lemon, 1 heaped teaspoon plain flour, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 heaped teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 300g tagliatelle (or a mix of leftover pasta) and 200g spinach.
