Gino showcase his roasted duck legs with sesame roasted peaches recipe on Let’s Do Lunch.

Gino says: “A delicious simple sweet duck leg dish – give this recipe a go, you might be surprised how simple it is!”

The ingredients are: 4 duck legs, 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder or paste, 1 tsp Sichuan pepper and 1 tsp Salt.

For the peaches: 4 peaches, halves and stoned, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 3 tbsp sesame oil, 2 cm piece ginger, finely chopped, 6 tbsp oyster sauce, 200ml vegetable stock, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 4 spring onions, shredded, 1 mug of Jasmine rice, 1 Jasmine tea bag, 2 mugs of water, salt, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 cm piece ginger, cut into match sticks, 4 heads of pak choi, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil.
