Jamie Oliver served up a delicious autumn blackberry, apple and pear cobbler with brandy and vanilla ice cream on Jamie: What To Eat This Week.
The ingredients are: 1 small orange, 50g light brown soft sugar, 1 vanilla pod, 4 pears, 4 eating apples, 400g ripe blackberries, 100ml brandy and vanilla ice cream, to serve.
For the topping: 100g unsalted butter (cold), 100g ground almonds, 100g light brown soft sugar and 100g self-raising flour.
