The ingredients are: 5 large red chillies, finely chopped, 1 clove garlic, sliced, 150g caster sugar, 150ml water, 60 ml white wine vinegar, 4 Large squid whole, 12 large prawns, butterflied, 100g plain flour, Lots of freshly ground black pepper, pinch of salt, A pinch of paprika, 1 red chilli, sliced, few coriander leaves, Lime wedges and Vegetable oil.
