Kate Humble served with hoisin pork belly with cucumber lettuce cups (Chinese style BBQ pork belly with cucumber salad) on Escape to the Farm.
The ingredients include: Pork belly slices, Chinese five spice and hoisin sauce.
For the salad: Cucumber, spring onions, rice vinegar and toasted sesame oil.
To serve: gem lettuce, Chinese chilli and a sprinkling of spring onions.
