Simon Rimmer served up tasty Air Fryer Meatballs with Honey and Soy Dip on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 450g minced beef, 450g minced pork, 2 eggs, 125ml evaporated milk, Half finely diced onion, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons cumin, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon honey, 60g porridge oats and 100g crushed crackers.
For the dipping sauce: 70g soft dark brown sugar, 50g honey, 50ml light soy, 50ml hot sauce and 15ml Worcestershire sauce.
