Lisa Faulkner travel to the wonderful West Country, to bring the UK’s favourite holiday foods right into your living room. Today she serves up her version of a Cornish pasty on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 egg yolks beaten with 2 tsp milk, 175g beef skirt, finely diced, 125g Charlotte potatoes, peeled and finely diced, 90g swede, peeled and finely diced, 1 onion, peeled and finely diced, 25g unsalted butter, melted and Sea salt and black pepper.
