Juliet Sear served up a delicious peaches and cream traybake on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 165g butter spread (e.g. Lurpak) or margarine of your choice, 35g light olive oil or sunflower oil , 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract, 200g caster sugar, 4 medium eggs, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp sea salt, 250g self-raising flour, 65g soured cream, room temperature and 250g drained tinned peaches, roughly chopped.
For the cream topping: 600ml double cream, 1 tbsp icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste and 2-3 tbsp peach jam or compote, stirred well to loosen.
To decorate: Peach pieces.
