Paul Hollywood showcased a delicious chocolate and raspberry roulade for a technical on The Great Celebrity Bake Off SU2C.
The ingredients are for the roulade are: 175g 54% dark chocolate, 6 large eggs, separated, 175g caster sugar, 1 tbsp cocoa powder and Icing sugar, to dust.
For the filling: 450ml double cream, 15g icing sugar, ½ tsp vanilla paste, 200g raspberries and Red sprinkles.
