Andi Oliver served up tasty crispy new potatoes with tahini, maple syrup, elderflower vinegar and summer vegetables salad on Andi Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts.
The ingredients are: 600g new potatoes, halved, 200ml rapeseed oil, 4 garlic bulbs, separated into cloves, 50ml tahini, 50ml maple syrup, 50ml elderflower vinegar, 100g fine beans, blanched, 100g raw broad beans, blanched, 200g kale, thickly sliced and blanched, salt and black pepper.
